Unique “Just-in-time” Production System the first-time in cable manufacturing
We have adopted an innovative just-in-time production system for the first time in the electric cables industry. The unique Hien Production System (HPS) makes it possible to respond to customers’ need for a wide variety of products in small quantities according to the plan and schedule of ship construction.
